These Terms of Service govern your use of OFBOOTS.com (the "Site"), operated by EGA Footwear Distributors LLC ("OFBOOTS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, interfere with, or impair the operation or security of the Site or another person's use of the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, sizing information, and other product information. Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, components, colors, or other details without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
Pricing and Promotions
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts may be subject to product, brand, quantity, date, or other restrictions.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, manufacturer, feed, or other error, we reserve the right to correct the price and cancel or refuse the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, order verification, and acceptance by EGA Footwear Distributors LLC.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or hold an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, shipping restrictions, quantity limitations, or other order-security concerns.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping, delivery, lost-package claims, returns, exchanges, warranty returns, and related charges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Eligible returns must comply with the conditions and time limits stated in our Shipping & Returns Policies. Products returned in worn, altered, damaged, or otherwise unacceptable condition may be refused.
Exchanges are limited to the same model and are subject to product and size availability. Our current return and exchange procedures are available through our Return / Exchange Request Form.
Manufacturer Warranties
EGA Footwear Distributors LLC is an independent distributor and retailer and is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this Site.
Warranty claims are evaluated according to the applicable manufacturer's warranty requirements. Manufacturer warranty approval, replacement, repair, or other remedy is determined by the manufacturer where applicable. Warranty assistance from OFBOOTS is limited to products purchased directly from OFBOOTS.com.
Product Safety and Intended Use
Customers are responsible for selecting footwear appropriate for their individual requirements, workplace, uniform, safety standard, occupation, or intended use.
Safety, military, uniform, ASTM, electrical hazard, slip resistance, waterproof, safety toe, and other certifications or classifications displayed on the Site are based on manufacturer information for the applicable product. Customers should verify that a product satisfies any specific employer, agency, regulatory, uniform, or job-site requirement before purchase or use.
Accounts
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update that information when necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The OFBOOTS name, Site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original Site content are owned by EGA Footwear Distributors LLC or used with permission.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product images, product names, and other manufacturer-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No Site content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or use services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, form providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or operation of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
