OFBOOTS is operated by EGA Footwear Distributors LLC, an independent, 100% Marine Corps Veteran-owned company serving customers continuously since 2008. The business originally operated as MF Specialty Websites LP and changed its legal name and business structure to EGA Footwear Distributors LLC in 2012.

We provide direct, U.S.-based customer support and do not outsource our customer service. Approximately 90% of calls are answered by the owner, who is also the person you will most likely speak with when you contact us.
