Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued after an eligible return is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the requirements outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policies. Returned merchandise must be new, unworn, and in its original condition with the original box and packaging when applicable.

Clearance items with prices ending in .97 are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty issue. For orders that received free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow 2 to 10 business days from the time your return is approved for the refund to be issued and appear on your account. Posting times vary by bank, card issuer, and payment method. PayPal refunds may appear quickly after they are issued, while credit and debit card refunds may take additional time depending on the issuing bank.
